- The Shaolin Temple is situated in the west of Songshan Mountain ranges, Dengfeng City, Henan Province. Against the backdrop of Wuru Peak of Shaoshi Mountain, it is surrounded with forests and hills as its natural defence. It is the birthplace of Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Kung Fu, the historic architectural complex including the Shaolin Temple was added into UNESCO World Heritage List. It gives students a picturesque and peaceful landscape for training physically and mentally.
